Visors for front line medical staff and key worker

Yesterday Alan gave out 110 to his local community, ive had lots of calls and messages from local nursers and doctors who are in desperate need of these. my list tops 2000 masks required... we're going to be printing for some time yet!

my printer has also taken a beating, ive had to order some replacement parts for it, im pushing our printers far beyond there normal sped for printing nice neat objects.

we also took delivery of another printer today,(Hannah!) set that up and were already printing out visors.

we have ordered another 2 printers that should be here by the weekend.... PLUS ive been loaned a DIY printer that we are currently building to try and get that printing 1-2 an hour!

in total... i will have 5 printers, printing approx 18 an hour, more realistically 14. Alan will have 2 running, producing another 6 per hour. that should give us a combined total of approx 320 a day...

we will burn through approx 4kg filament a day at that rate, which is approx £60 a day.. plus take in to account the qty of visors we need! 

i dare not look at the electric bill!
