Welcome to our third crowdfunding campaign, #CourageWithIN. Thanks to your support, we’ve raised £30,000 over the past two years, helping men move from awareness to action through our weekends and workshops. But there’s more work to do, because wellbeing starts within—but it takes a community to grow.

Why #CourageWithIN?

Because courage starts inside, but it needs spaces to grow. It’s built through vulnerability, shared with friends, and practiced in everyday settings—whether at work, in a sports club, or at home.

• #CourageWithIN means finding strength within ourselves and our surroundings.
• It’s realizing that wellbeing is a shared responsibility. Our personal growth is empowered by those who walk with us.
• It’s giving men the space to practice courage, to lighten their burdens by sharing them, and to find the strength to support one another.

But courage needs follow-up. 95% of men who attend our weekends and workshops need ongoing support to keep building courage, take action, and grow. Without it, the habit fades. That’s why #CourageWithIN isn’t just our theme for the year—it’s the path forward.
