Bold Vibes - Help Us Create Joy, Connection & Belonging
Too many children, young people, and adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD), along with their families and carers, experience isolation, limited opportunities, and a lack of truly inclusive spaces.
Bold Vibes wants to change that.
We are a new, heart-led community group with a bold vision: creating joyful, inclusive experiences where people with PMLD and their families can connect, feel valued, and truly belong.
Because everyone deserves more than just support.
They deserve friendship, confidence, adventure, laughter, and moments that light up their lives.
And we are starting now.
This summer, we are launching our very first Bold Vibes community experiences:
• ParkVibes at Heaton Park with accessible boat rides, outdoor games, and ice cream treats.
• ParkVibes at Wythenshawe Park with funfair tokens, treats, and inclusive family fun.
• PlantVibes at RHS Bridgewater to include entry and plant vouchers for a calming, sensory-friendly experience in nature.
These experiences are about so much more than a day out.
They are about creating memories, building confidence, reducing isolation, and helping families feel part of a welcoming community.
Through Bold Vibes, we aim to:
• Build genuine friendships and community connections.
• Support parents, carers, and siblings through shared understanding.
• Create safe, inclusive and accessible spaces filled with joy and respect.
• Encourage confidence, exploration, and new experiences.
• Reduce isolation and help families feel seen, supported, and celebrated.
As a brand new group, we need your support to bring this vision to life.
Every donation helps create meaningful experiences for families who are too often excluded from community activities.
Here’s how your donation could support our Bold Vibers:
• £5 provides an ice cream or funfair treat
• £5 funds a Hook-a-Duck game with a guaranteed prize
• £5 provides a plant voucher for a Bold Viber to choose and take home
• £10 provides a hot drink and bun at the café
• £15 funds 25 bubble wands for outdoor fun
• £20 provides an inclusive outdoor game for everyone to enjoy
• £30 funds entry for 4 people to RHS Bridgewater
• £40 funds a wheelchair-accessible boat ride experience for a family
• £40 provides funfair ride tokens for a family of four
• £40 funds fresh fruit for one ParkVibes event
• £50 provides either a savoury snacks package, sweet treats package, or drinks package for one event
• £70 provides a specialist, extra large, fully waterproofed, picnic blanket for all our outdoor events (we need 5!)
• £80 funds a specialist play parachute for inclusive outdoor games (we need 2!)
