Aim
Beach Guardian supports visits to Cornwall from Perise Forbi from Cameroon. We want to raise funds to support his clean-up efforts there.
For the last 5 years, Beach Guardian have been following the work of Perise Forbi from Cameroon.
Perise is leading local conservation efforts in his home country, Cameroon. He is known there as 'Plastic Man': "This Cameroonian Activist Is Working to End Plastic Pollution in His Community!"
We've had the pleasure over the last couple of years of welcoming him to Cornwall with a visit to the UK in 2024 and 2025. We've got to hear first hand about the amazing work he, and his team of volunteers, are doing there.
This Crowdfunder has been created to help raise money for essential equipment we need to support their clean-up efforts in Cameroon.
