We made it to £3,000!
With 4 days left to go, obviously a long way from our original target of £5,000k but this is fantastic progress. Thank you so much for everyone who has so generously supported us to get to this massive milestone, so very grateful 🙏
This is far more than printing a map of walks, this is about #mentalhealthawareness and #wellbeing, building community conversation around encouraging all of us to experience the benefits of being in the outdoors, for time alone or to be with family, friends and wider community.
You may have read in the overview that this project is dedicated to Eddie, also known as Cerys who took their own life aged 24 earlier this year, and my nephew & niece. We urgently need to find more ways in which to support the people we love and care about, and for all of us to experience healthy relationships and open channels of communication. Being in the outdoors, walking, talking is just one of many routes to realise this.
