Barawak is a community charity supporting African, Caribbean and wider communities across London. We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive, and we bring people together through activities that reduce isolation, improve wellbeing and build stronger, more connected communities.

This year marks the third Barawak Bridge Walk, an annual event that brings together supporters, families, volunteers and local businesses to raise funds while celebrating community spirit. Each year, more people join us to walk across some of London's most iconic bridges, helping to raise awareness of our work and the difference it makes.

The funds raised through this campaign will support our Community Engagement Programme, enabling us to deliver inclusive activities that connect people of all ages. From community events and wellbeing sessions to family activities, cultural celebrations and volunteer opportunities, we create welcoming spaces where people can build friendships, gain confidence and feel part of their community.

Your support will help cover the costs of delivering these activities, including equipment, resources, volunteer support and ensuring our events remain accessible and affordable for everyone.
