Taking on The Aviva Charity Cycling Challenge to raise money for Anchor House.
What is the Challenge?
The Aviva Charity Cycling Challenge is more than just a bike ride — it is a company-wide initiative that brings colleagues together to make a meaningful difference in our local communities.
Across August and September, colleagues from across Aviva will take part in a series of cycling events in Norwich, York, a long-distance Sheffield - York ride and Perth.
Each location will host its own challenge, but all share a common goal: to raise vital funds for local charities — including York Cares, Break and The Neuk: Mental Health Crisis & Suicide Prevention Centre.
What makes is special?
The challenge is designed to be inclusive and accessible to all. Whether participants are taking on a 10-mile route or pushing themselves through a 100-mile endurance challenge, every mile is driven by purpose.
All ride are fully supported, with medics, mechanics, and colleagues on hand to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
Why your donation matters
Behind every mile ridden is: an individual stepping outside of their comfort zone, a team coming together for a shared purpose and a community that directly benefits from the funds raised.
Your support helps fund The Neuk: Mental Health Crisis & Suicide Prevention Centre.
Every contribution, no matter the size, will make a meaningful difference.
