12th February 2019Day 7 and we're nearly at £3,000 already!
We've had a fantastic response to the appeal this week already, with Manchester Evening News featuring our crowdfunder, amongst other media sites, and some lovely shares on social media (including The Victorian Society and the Outdoor Swimming Society). It's so good to see how much support there is out there for our restoration projects.
And what lovely comments you've been leaving with your donations, all of which are very much appreciated and will help to encourage other people to give. From Friends of Victoria Baths to former wedding couples to those of you who used to swim here, or who just support our restoration from afar, you'll all be able to enjoy the story of the Windmill Window restoration as it happens - if we reach our £10,000 target!
