I'm still attempting the maths for the things I need to buy for the business and this list is a mixture of one-off costs and reoccurring costs are currently outwith my tiny budget which from my own income and often what's left over after paying bills. I'm still deciding between paying for a virtual office address and a Post Office Box for the business and have included quotes for both options. I'm applying for grants and other funding, unfortunately they can take quite a while for a decision to made for awarding payments to applicants.

One-off items needed:

• Laptop - £400 
• External Harddrive - £70 (2TB memory)
• Pop up roller banner - £100 (for use at events)
• Pop up roller banner for table tops - £50 (for use at drop in sessions)

Reoccurring items needed:

• Business address option one - £90 month (virtual office; no physical location)
• Business address option two - £33.50 month (Post Office box, has options for home delivery and sorting office collection)
• Hidden Disabilities Sunflower - £55 yearly (sole trader/charity rate) 
• Room hire - £150 month (cover costs of hiring space locally for at least six hours per week at two or three locations, hourly rates for room hire vary across Aberdeen. I aim for two hours minimum when looking for room hire.)
• Printing handouts - £40 month (covers costs of buying printer ink and printer paper; I make the handouts and print them at home)
