I go beyond the YouTube videos, to give you real life support from an expert Instructor while you're in a community with other women, you're all exercising together giving extra drive to participate and progress! You can pick and choose your classes, meaning it fits in with your life; like exercising when the children are in bed, before you go to work or simply when you find some free time. Don't worry about travel time or what to wear - you're at home, you're comfortable and safe.
I'm Gemma and I've been an avid exerciser all my life and compete in Ironman Triathlons.
I was previously a Chartered Tax Advisor but always yearned to do something more meaningful with my life and make a difference to others. I took a gamble, gave up my job and re-trained as a Personal Trainer and specialised in Pre and Post Natal Exercise. I'm also a Triathlon Coach.
I then had my little boy and found that the struggle to find flexible childcare, the time to exercise and the motivation when you're tired is very real.
It became my mission to make exercise available to all women, and that includes busy mums.

You can choose to have your video on, so the instructor can see you and help motivate you or give you tips to exercise safely. This feedback is essential; your technique, intensity and difficulty level will be monitored as though you were in a face to face class.
You don’t need any specialist equipment, as all workouts are adaptable using simple household objects.
Your children can watch, try to copy or be sat next door doing their homework. No childcare required.

You'll also get to meet loads of like-minded women in the chat after class, taking away a lot of the loneliness that can come with being a new parent.
I’ve been selected for the Crowdfunder Side Hustle Back Her Business competition (supported by NatWest). This means they'll pledge the first £50 on my project to help me get going, but only if I go on to raise another £200 from a total of at least 5 supporters.
It is only if I reach my full target of £1240 that the funds will be secured.
Pledging some money will help improve the quality of service being offered including higher specification production equipment and fund more instructors to support a wider range of classes throughout the day. But what is more, I need active users to help contribute to the community and engage with other women whilst having fun and getting fit!
Reaching my initial target of £1,240 will enable me to purchase professional standard videography and conferencing equipment; £703 buys a Video Conferencing System and £537 buys a screen to view the mass participants on. These are the next step in improving the quality of the streaming.
The more money I raise, the greater the number of instructors I can employ to offer you the widest variety of classes throughout the day and evening. This will develop to be a platform running from 6am to 11pm, with recorded videos accessible 24/7.
Further stretch targets have been put in place and will be released once the initial target is met.

- Establish a range of workouts to support the NHS GP Referral program, saving the NHS money from paying Personal Trainers and Gym Membership fees, and making exercise more accessible for those who need it most.
- Establish an under 18's section, to help children to get fit and healthy.
