Wing Bros. LTD. Specialist Street Food Truck

Aim

To raise funds so we can purchase a custom food truck and get Wing Bros in towns and cities up and down the country by next year.

• This idea is a joint venture with myself and my brother. Having a father in the hospitality industry we spent a lot of our childhood following him from restaurant to restaurant and to keep us entertained he would bring out plates of chicken wings and as the newly appointed ‘chief of chicken wings’ we would have to score them out of 10. Looking back, we both can say ‘that is where it started’ because from that moment on we both became very critical when eating wings. The biggest problem we found when ordering wings (especially as family/group orders) is the lack of variety. The vast majority of wings on offer in the UK are either hot, barbecue or plain. We saw a gap here. We saw an opportunity to evolve one of the nations favourite but more limited foods into an experience that the entire family can enjoy with over 10 different sauces from the most visited tourist destinations. We can see in the next 5 years Wing Bros trucks in every major city in the UK and dominating events such as festivals. We will use the funding to purchase our first mobile truck which will be the start of our dream and we look forward to bringing people along with us on this journey.
