Operate within or benefit Wiltshire residents
Reduce isolation, loneliness or increase social inclusion
Improve mental health and wellbeing
Increase preventative, person-centred or long-term support
Enable residents to live safely and independently

Successful projects will receive match funding on their project in April 2027.
More about the Community Wellbeing Fund
The Wiltshire Community Wellbeing Fund has been established to support community-led projects that improve health, wellbeing, social connection and resilience across Wiltshire communities.
Through a combination of crowdfunding and Area Board investment, the fund enables local groups, charities, voluntary organisations, social enterprises and community initiatives to secure additional financial support for projects that make a positive difference to local people.
The programme encourages organisations to engage their communities, demonstrate local support and develop sustainable projects that respond to local needs. By combining Wiltshire Council investment with community fundraising, the fund aims to maximise the impact of every pound invested and help bring forward innovative projects that strengthen communities and improve wellbeing outcomes across the county.
Applications that meet the eligibility criteria will be considered by Wiltshire's Area Boards, with funding decisions made locally to ensure investment supports priorities identified within individual communities.
