As we did the last 2 years - we would like again to create a scholarship bursary fund for those who have been through the asylum system to attend the Wake Up Your Artist retreat this Spring at the EIAB.

£500 would cover the stay and the travel with some money left for lunch and a tea on the way/home and a book from the bookshop.

Our wish is to offer something in response to the trauma individuals have been through and the hostility that is sadly still a part of their experience here in our countries.

The Wake Up movement has been involved the last few years with refugee projects as well as Wake Uppers working on other projects that aim to build a culture of welcome, love and support.

We have friends in Refugee support networks in the UK and Germany who will help us find recipients.

Can you help?

All contributions no matter the size is appreciated.
