I purchased a product giveaway reward (£10-£20). Will you deliver the product giveaway to me?
No, we will not delivery product giveaway rewards of £10-£20. These include the First-Step reward (£10) and the Two-gether reward (£20). We request you to please come in store and collect your reward after the store opens in June 2021. You will receive an email confirming your reward. On presenting this to a member of staff instore, you will be able to collect your product included in your reward. We are offering free deliveries for product giveaway rewards of £30-£50.
I purchased a product giveaway reward (£30-£50). Will you deliver the product giveaway to me?
Yes, we are offering free deliveries for product giveaway rewards of £30-£50. These include the Plastic-Free Starter Kit reward (£30), the Clean-Up reward (£40) and the Plastic-Free Family Kit reward (£50). When purchasing these rewards you will be requested to share your delivery address. The products will be delivered to the address you enter.
I purchased a spending voucher reward (£100-£5,000). How will I receive my Thank You email, spending vouchers and 10% off referral discount coupons?
As we are paperless, we will be sending these to you in an email. The email we will use to contact you will be the same email address that you submit to Crowdfunder when purchasing the reward. You will receive our email within 10 working days after our crowd funding campaign ends. We recommend you to save our email [email protected] in your contacts to avoid the email going into your spam or junk email folder.
What will the spending voucher contain?
As mentioned, you will receive the voucher in an email. The email will be sent to the email address provided when purchasing the reward. The email will contain details about the value of your voucher and a QR code. You can use this QR code to pay for products you purchase instore or online.
Can you send the 10% off referral discount coupons directly to my contacts?
Yes, we can share these directly with your contacts too, provided we have the requisite consent from your contacts to email them. Please get in touch with us at [email protected] to discuss this. Alternatively, you will receive the 10% off discount codes and you can share these with your friends and family.
How will my email address be use?
