Vegan Hub in Telford

Aim

To increase support for veganism in the Telford area.

Veganism is on the rise and there are lots of people interested in finding out more.  Shropshire Veggies and Vegans currently run a market stall and want to expand on that to be able to provide a vegan hub where interested people can come along, have a drink and a chat and find out more.  Staffed by experienced vegan volunteers, lots of great advice and information will be available. You'll be able to find out where you can get vegan items locally as well as find new recipes, product lists and get advice.

The hub will also provide an outlet where local vegan businesses can sell stock, such as frozen ready meals, nut butters, cakes, seitan and clothes and it will also carry a range of vegan grocery items that are hard to source locally.

In order to open the hub we need enough money to set up. This includes decorating a unit, paying the deposit, promoting the venture and buying stock and equipment. If you can help at all we will be so grateful, even a couple of pounds can go a long way.
