UniRun: Bangor to Sheffield

Aim
We are raising money for UniBrass 2021. COVID has hit brass banding hard. Help us ensure UniBrass comes back bigger and better.
The Challenge
Each runner will run (with some walking here and there) the distance from Bangor to Sheffield by New Years Day. This amounts to 176km in 7 weeks.
Why are we running?
All of our lives have been impacted by COVID, but the arts have been particularly damaged. We want to make sure university brass banding can continue to have a national platform. We want to ensure UniBrass 2021 will be back and better than ever and students can continue to play at the UK's only university brass banding contest.
Why Bangor to Sheffield?
UniBrass changes venues every 2 years. Bangor was the home of UniBrass in 2020 and Sheffield will be the venue for 2021. As we run UniBrass to Sheffield, we hope you can help bring UniBrass to Sheffield too by supporting this fundraiser.
Who are we?
We are four volunteers for UniBrass who all sit on the trustee board. We have a wide range of running abilities from 'semi-competent' to 'started last Monday' so this will be a challenge for us all!
