We are the University of Surrey Theatre Society (aka THESOC).
The show will allow over 50 members of the society to be involved with Theatre at the University, in the local community, and in larger shows in London.
Our Society is all inclusive and we have many members who are international students and those who aren't studying Theatre and Performance as their core degree. We were founded in 2009 and have been putting on large-scale productions once a year ever since.
Last year we had major success in 'Widows' by Ariel Dorfman.
This year is no different, with our biggest and best yet...
'Attempts On Her Life' by Martin Crimp.
However, YOUR SUPPORT MEANS A LOT TO US!
We are putting on a performance of ‘Attempts On Her Life’ by Martin Crimp.
The production is completely led by students, from the direction to the production. We are striving to get as many of our members involved as possible. The show will allow over 50 members of the society to get firsthand experience of being in a complete production either as part of the cast or the creative team.
Your money will help towards hiring a duty technician, resourcing props, costume, and technical equipment, and advertisement.
Our campaign goes live on 30 October 2018 and will end on the middle of December 2018.
The performances of 'Attempts On Her Life' takes place in February 2019:
The performance of Attempts On Her Life will be taking place at PATS Studio Theatre on the University of Surrey Stag Hill campus.
Tickets will be £5 for students & concessions (under 16, 60+) and £8 for adults.
