lobsters from boat to plate. I am a singlehanded fisherman who couldn’t sell my catch during the lockdown, so I started to cook and deliver them. It has now grown faster than I ever expected and I now need to expand. I am the last of the oldest recorded fishing family in North Berwick ( over 300 years ) I now have orders coming in a that I can’t fulfil due to limited space and money, I am cooking around 180 lobster plus crabs a day as well as sides and also serving from the hatch from a 14 foot catering trailer. I am now at capacity and need help as the orders keep coming but I cannot do anymore due to space. I need financial help.
