New stretch target

I want to create an app for the Anonymous Project to help others share their stories for difficult conversations. This can be used around the world and raise awareness.

In October of 2018, I lost my Mum who had a life long addiction to alcohol and in the end died at the early age of 47.

The Anonymous Project is a way that I can share my personal story of being a child of an alcoholic with the mixture of my passion for immersive technology. After 28 years I wanted to share my personal story of living with an alcohol-dependent parent, hiding the secret and dealing with the death of that parent. In the film you will come face to face with me and I will address you as I work through the five stages of grief.

This project highlights a difficult conversations and I hope that it will help others reach out for help and know that you are not alone. NACOA have reported that 2.5 Million children in the UK live with an alcohol-dependent parent.

Alongside my incredible partner, Bertie. I have reached out to an amazing group of women who work in the immersive industry, directors, creators and editors who would be willing to be involved in the project. Together we have started the filming process of the film and now my next stage is to get support to edit and distribute it to the world. This incredible team of women have come together to support me and now I need help to finish the project. This is an opportunity for all of us to work on a passion project and support each other.

I have a vision of The Anonymous Project being the start to helping more people talk about other difficult conversations not just addiction and having a platform to use.
