To get more disabled children into Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths.
This is the team fundraising page of Peter, Katie, Nate and Chintan: collectively known as Team Falcon! We're one of the staff and trustee teams taking part in Race to Space for Lightyear Foundation.
Lightyear breaks down barriers to disabled children accessing STEM through 'sensory science' creative workshops, engaging virtual labs, highlighting disabled scientist role models and workplace inspiration trips.
Team Falcon's members will be taking on challenges to travel 62 miles in a a variety of imaginative ways – that's the distance from Earth to the edge of space!
Lightyear has match funding in place for this, meaning donations are being DOUBLED so your support can have a stellar impact!
