Terry Bedford Foundation Trust is raising funds to help those suffering from mental heath issues e.g PTSD and depression to access our professional counsellors and fitness facilities at our centre.
Terry was crushed by an HGV artic lorry on 20th July 2015 and was lucky to survive. The accident happened in a split second resulting in life changing injuries and affected the life of Terry and his wife Angela forever. As well as extensive physical injuries Terry suffers from moderately severe PTSD and clinical depression and TBfT was created to help others.
Terry , his wife Angela with friends are undertaking a 10K walk on Monday 7th May 2018 to raise much needed funds for our charity- 10K may not seem much to most people, but for Terry who cannot feel the right hand side of his body, has had to learn to walk again, and is permanently on crutches this distance is like more than a marathon.
Please share this with everyone you know and encourage them to donate funds , however large or small as every penny counts to help us reach our target of £6000 to help those suffering with mental health issues get the help that they need.
