Syrian Refugee Crisis

I am returning to Athens in March to work in the refugee camps. I would like to raise some funds that will go directly to the refugees.

We did it
On 28th March 2017 we successfully raised £1,327 with 35 supporters in 28 days

Having spent some time working with the refugees in Athens last May, I am returning to Greece at the end of March to try to help out a bit more. I was overwhelmed by the generosity of people the last time and hadn't intended doing another crowdfunder, however, several people have asked how they can donate, so I figured this is the best way to do it again for those who wish to.

As ever every single penny will go directly to refugees for essential practical items. I will be spending some time with Amurtel, the agency which deals specifically with pregnant women and babies. Currently they need vital supplies such as maternity clothes, underwear, folic acid, vitamin supplements, nappies and food. Th emoney that has been collected over the Christmas period will go straight to that. Any additional funds will go to Amurtel and other relevant groups and individuals.

Got an idea like this?

Our crowd has raised over £55 million for bright ideas and good causes.
