Add your own funding

Crowdfunder is able to represent funds (minimum £2,500) on a project that have not been processed through the platform.

Please note standard donations cannot be used as match funding. Only funding specifically offered to you as a match fund can be used as a match fund.

Please note due to the admin process required please only complete this form for funds in excess of £2,500

We will contact the funder to verify they are happy with the information provided

Please upload a copy of the funder’s logo if you have permission. Crowdfunder agrees to only use and display the logo on the project page to showcase their support for the project. If you don’t have permission yet, please let us know so Crowdfunder can contact them directly.

Logo - (eps, .ai, or hi-res transparent .png) - square image, at least 320x320 pixels, no bigger than 2MB.

e.g. Copy of bank statement extract showing money received. The bank statement must show the name of your organisation.

This could be a confirmation letter from the funder that states the amount, that it is to be used as a match fund and any other conditions for using the money.

It's important to be transparent with your supporters and not mislead them, especially since both lump sum pledges and match funding encourage donations.
