Aim

We aim to raise £250 for The Listening Place, a London-based charity providing free, confidential listening support to people in crisis.

My team and I are organising a fundraising event to raise £250 for a mental health charity called The Listening Place that provides free, face-to-face and non-judgemental support for adults over the age of 18 that are struggling and feel they have no one to turn to. We chose this cause because mental health support is essential, and too many people feel alone when all they need is someone to listen. Every donation will help The Listening Place continue their important work and ensure more people can have access to support and a safe space where they can be heard with compassion, without judgement or pressure. All funds raised through this crowdfunding page will be donated directly to The Listening Place to support their vital work. Any contribution, big or small, is greatly appreciated and it truly makes a difference. By supporting this fundraiser, you are helping to give people hope at a time when they need it the most, and by donating and sharing our page, it will help us reach our goal.
