Aim: To expand our mentorship program, providing more young men in Coventry with the essential support and resources they need to succeed academi

My name is Gad Turuthi, Founder and Director of Mizizi Boys Mentorship CIC. With a passion for community development and youth empowerment, I established Mizizi Boys Mentorship to address the challenges faced by young men in Coventry. Our dedicated team consists of experienced mentors, educators, and community leaders who are committed to transforming lives through guidance, support, and practical skills.

Our Vision

Our vision is to create a future where every young man in Coventry has access to the mentorship and resources needed to realize their full potential. We aim to build a supportive community that fosters academic achievement, personal growth, and positive social contributions.

How We Will Use the Funds:

The £25,000 we seek will enable us to:

1. **Expand Our Reach: Recruit and train additional mentors to support more young men, increasing our program capacity.

2. Enhance Educational Support:** Provide academic tutoring, learning materials, and resources to help mentees excel in their studies.

3. Develop Life Skills: Implement workshops on career planning, financial literacy, and mental health to equip mentees with essential life skills.

4. Strengthen Community Connections: Organize events and activities that promote engagement and integration within the local community.

This funding will empower us to scale our impact, ensuring that more young men benefit from the transformative support and opportunities we offer.
