Aim
We believe in offering young leaders the space to connect, explore and flourish. We need your support for bursaries and ongoing coaching.
Catalista is a collaborative not-for-profit venture, born in-service of cultivating leadership for a thriving world. We are a collective of facilitators working across the arts, sciences, business and third sector, bringing our skills and experience together to support young adults to explore, grow and flourish in their leadership.
We re-invest any surplus we accrue into heavily subsidising our flagship leadership residentials for young adults aged 18-30.
We wish to make these financially accessible to all, offering a sliding scale and bursary places. Young adults are at the blunt end of these fiscally tight times, and we'd like to welcome all that apply to our programmes.
Huge gratitude to everyone who has supported this Crowdfunder so far. You have enabled 6 brilliant young leaders attend our 2026 summer residential leadership programme. It was an incredibly rich, connective and opening few days together.

Having re-invested all our surplus in the recent programme, heavily subsiding all places, all further funds raised through this Crowdfunder will seed next years bursary fund, enabling our offer to remain as accessible as possible.
