We're running the York 10k in support of the wonderful Door 84! Please donate if and what you can, thank you!
I've been volunteering at Door 84 for a few months now, and cannot put into words how important their services are to the community of York. The wonderful team of staff and volunteers deliver several sessions throughout the week, from youth clubs to accessible discos to their weekly Community Café. Young people, adults with additional needs, their carers and families, and many others in the community facing hardships are welcomed into Door 84 and given necessary support through access to healthy food, a chance to socialise with others and receive advice and support from local ward councillors. Being a charity that relies on grants and donations, we want to do our bit to help.
I've convinced my parents to run with me, and we'll need all the support we can get, so please donate if and what you can, we really appreciate it.
