Aim
Our town needs more protection, We aim to provide 2 AED's for Yarm. Situated at the bridge end of the high street and West street.
Hi my name is Tina, I run Evolve fitness centre on West street with my partner Keith.
A few years ago we teamed up with YMA to provide Yarm's one and only AED for the town. The defibrillator has recently been used meaning the pads need replacing ASAP, effectively leaving our town unprotected until they arrive!
This is fundraiser is to try and raise enough to provide 2 additional AEDs for the town. one for the bridge end of the high street and one for West street, which we will house and take responsibility for.
With recent events in the town and on TV, we think it is vital that we have more protection for our town, these are life saving pieces of equipment and a much needed addition to our area.
