Aim

Raise the money to move the daycare out of my home into a commercial unit with more space for the dogs as my home is now getting too small

I had been a paralegal for 17 years, a very stressful job.  An event just over 16 months ago changed my life forever.  I suffered a heart attack.  Thankfully I recovered and this made my look at my life in a different light.  I lost my mother when she was 50 years old and my motto is "live life to the full".  I made the massive decision to leave my job and pursue a career working with dogs as this has always been my dream.  I set up Yappy Days Daycare & Boarding in my home providing lovely space and playtime for dogs to socialise, meet new buddies and to come and stay when their mummies and daddies go on holiday. This has been a massive success with my client database is now over 120.  I now think it is time to move to bigger premises  and provide my services to allow more doggies to come to daycare and to continue boarding the doggies in my home.  If my funding is successful I will be looking to employ staff which would include my family.  My aim is to make Yappy Days Daycare & Boarding the best across Lancashire! I love dogs and am now known as Auntie Barbara to all my fur babies! I am fully licenced by Blackpool Borough Council and have recently gained a 4 star licence. I couldnt obtain a 5 star as I have not been trading long enough so to me, 4 stars is 5 stars!
