Aim
Help us to raise the funds we need for our annual Christmas On Burton Road Event
Our wonderful local community event Xmas on Burton Road is back for 2025
On Saturday 29th November the West Didsbury Residents Association, in conjunction with local partners and sponsors, will be putting on a celebration event that will culminate with the switch-on of our Christmas tree and lights.
The celebration will include family events, a Christmas trail for our younger attendees, and live music/performances provided by ,local schools and community groups. As a community, we are very conscious of the current financial difficulties being faced by many we will be collecting food donations for the Wood Street Mission.
Xmas on Burton Road is a "not for profit" event. To enable us to cover the essential costs of putting on this event, we need your Help. Essential costs include infrastructure, road closure, sound, lighting, insurance, decorations, and entertainment, to name a few.
The event is being arranged and run by community volunteers and is free for all to attend, but please help us make the event a success by making a donation and becoming a supporter
