Who are we?
Hi, my name is Karina. I am the founder of Work+Play Hub and the proud mother of the most amazing little boy. With my (super)team of four other working mothers, we aim to offer an integrated coworking space and supervised children’s play area experience - a dynamic space for parents AND children!
What is Work+Play?
Imagine a world where every parent can pursue their career without sacrificing the well-being of their children. At Work+Play Hub, we’re making that vision a reality. We are a pioneering charity dedicated to transforming the way parents work by offering a dynamic coworking space paired with a vibrant, supervised children’s play area - all under one roof. For parents, this isn’t just a place to work; it’s a sanctuary where they can focus, innovate, and excel, knowing their children are safe, engaged, and nearby.
But we’re more than just a workspace. Work+Play Hub is a movement advocating for family-friendly workplace policies and gender equality. We understand that the pressures of balancing professional ambitions with family responsibilities often fall disproportionately on women. That’s why we also offer mental health support tailored specifically for working parents, helping them navigate the complexities of modern life with resilience and confidence.
And here is the bigger picture: by supporting Work+Play Hub, you’re not just helping parents find balance; you’re championing a future where the workplace is inclusive, supportive, and equitable for all. Your investment will fuel a cultural shift that empowers parents—especially women—to thrive in their careers without compromise.
Invest in Work+Play Hub, and you’re not just supporting a charity—you’re investing in the future of work, the future of families, and a more equal society. Your contribution will help us expand our reach, change more lives, and prove that when we invest in parents, we’re investing in a stronger, more equitable world for everyone.
Join us. Let’s create a future where no parent has to choose between their career and their family!
