WE WANT TO KEEP WORKINGTON CADETS AFLOAT - Help pay for our running costs to ensure our cadets future!
Who are we?
We are Workington Sea Cadets we offer a range of different activities from sailing, windsurfing and powerboating - to rock climbing, camping, and music - plus, so much more! At Workington you are also able to gain different qualifications that you can take with you once you leave Sea Cadets! Aimed at young people aged 9-18.
Community impact
At Workington Sea Cadets we not only want to continue to improve the current facilities we want to help our community thrive and by covering our basic running costs we can offer more help to everyone locally.
Why are we crowdfunding?
Due to the rising costs for heat and light/ running costs we are asking for support from the wider community to keep us afloat!
How we’ll spend the money raised
Your donations will be an amazing benefit for the unit as we have to cover the day to day costs of the building/ heat and light/ utilities/ trade waste etc. By ensuring that these costs are being helped towards it gives us greater scope to offer fun, rewarding and educational projects and opportunities for our young people. All help is greatly appreciated.
