Work experience training 14+years, farm based.

Aim

We want to provide 7 full days of training and work exp. 15 students a day, so they can get a college diploma or get back into work. From 14

With you we blossom CIC are a community interest company run by passionate people with a love of animals. We teach, train and advise on getting their college qualifications or getting back in the workplace. We are looking for funding to provide 7 full days of training and work experience. 15 students a day, reaching upto 105 individuals max.  

Providing much needed experience for people to obtain their school work experience hours, college or university hours. Back to work training, to get a reference for a new CV. 

Hardly any business will now cover under 18s due to increading insurance costs, making it near impossible to get experience let alone a reference. They will be trained in manual handling,  risk assessments, health and safety, animal care and husbandry. Learn how to work as a team as well as an individual. Advice on cv information. How to attend an interview and lots lots more. So if your parent, you understand how hard it is for your child nowadays to get a leg up. Every £1 helps.

Staff and project facilitator will be trained in first aid, safeguarding , animal welfare and dbs checked as a minimum.  Use of Fully insured site. These days are for all needing a work exp, Duke of Edinburgh placement, a reference or  info for a cv. (reduces poverty in our area due to our rural location and insufficient public transport locally).  We are getting requests for work placements daily from college and secondary school young adults, let alone people trying to get back in the work force and needs references or help writing a CV.

We currently have students wanting to come from college of West Anglia,  West Suffolk  Eastern Norwich, schools like Iceni , IES Breckland, Downham mkt academy,  Mildenhall school, to name a few. No one will cover them on insurance. We need to help these youngsters and unemployed actively looking to get help.
