The Lease vs. The Community

We’ve all seen local businesses struggle with the uncertainty of landlords and leases; it’s a story we know too well. Last week, that story hit home. The Stable Coffee Bar has closed its doors, and the dream of the Country Inn disappeared with it.

But you didn't just want a cup of coffee; you wanted a community hub. The building may be gone, but the mission remains. That is why we aren't giving up.

We have found a beautiful, welcoming new home. It’s a place of growth, flowers, and fresh air—the perfect spot for a morning brew or a daytime escape. But there’s one piece of the puzzle missing: The Wagon.

We are raising £6,000 to purchase a fully fitted, static coffee wagon & seating area. This isn’t just a "van"—it’s an insurance policy for the future.
