Aim
Saving our much-loved family wine business by offering home delivery of our artisan wines, while continuing to pay our fantastic employees.
In normal times, we run a small, London-based, family wine business called Vinothentic, supplying some of the capital's best restaurants, including Sketch, Aqua Shard, Boca di Lupo, the Arts Club, and many more, with artisan wines produced using traditional methods. We have built long relationships with these restaurants and with the small family-owned vineyards where we source our wines. COVID 19 means we now have no income from our usual customers, but we are desperate to keep our much-loved business afloat and protect our staff and our supply chains. We also want to support the farmers whose livelihood depends on us, and who reward us every day, every week and every year with their incredible work on the vines.
On March 24th, we set up Wine at Home, in order to make our sought-after wines available for home delivery; something we have never previously attempted. The demanding sommeliers with whom we work are a good judge of our quality, and the feedback so far from our home delivery customers has been just as positive: "Delicious wine delivered really speedily. "The quality of your wine continues to amaze us!"

We have kept it simple, do not use cosmetic discounting and rely on our expertise and the quality of our products and service to generate business.
Our wine is made by people who really care about the environment and are passionate about maintaining the land for generations to come as well as producing authentic wines which are a true reflection of the terroir.
Your contribution would help us to increase the number of growers we are able to help. We need investment to improve our website so that it is easier for people to place orders, a marketing strategy to help us reach a wider audience, and the ability to offer mixed cases - something we currently do not have the manpower to put in place. In turn we could offer work to more Londoners at every stage of the process.
We are currently working 14 hour days, 7 days a week, to make this project a success, and we have no plans to cut back.
