We are raising money for Find Your Light's Summer Retreat. The funds will help subsidise attendance and keep the retreat accessible to all.

WHAT IS FIND YOUR LIGHT?

Started by twin sisters Natalie and Kyla Stroud, 'Find Your Light' is a not-for-profit arts & wellbeing retreat for creative people, giving them a chance to reconnect with themselves, their creativity and others.

THE RETREAT

FYL provides all of the ingredients to get creative juices flowing again without any expectation, pressure or judgement. With the creative industries taking a huge hit during Covid-19, we want to focus back in on the beating heart of the arts; the passion, the expression and the connection. Through three days of artistic activity sessions, we hope to inspire those who need inspiring, support those who need supporting and challenge those who want to be challenged. Alongside this, we will be focusing on wellbeing, offering activities such as yoga, meditation and nature walks. Mental health is a massive focus for Find Your Light, we aim to provide a safe, calm and supportive environment that allows individuals the space to improve their wellbeing and leave the retreat feeling inspired, calm and rejuvenated. After the success of our first two years, we are now a registered CIC and plan to provide further retreats throughout 2023. We have also recently partnered with the charity MMD and provided a retreat for female-identifying musical theatre writers and hope to do more charity work in the future.

Terms & conditions: The date of the meal will be arranged between the winner and the organisers privately. Find Your Light will pay up to £40pp for the 2 course meal. The winner will be chosen at random and contacted by email after the prize draw finishes. The winner can bring ONE other person along to the lunch. Travel is at the expense of the winner. The location of the pub will be The Swan on the Green, West Peckham, Kent, unless otherwise stated by the organisers. The organisers reserve the right to amend the date, time and location of the prize dependent on Cheryl Baker's availability and commitments.
