Terms & Conditions
- The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over only.
- Employees and contractors (and their respective families) of Pelorus, Pelorus Foundation and Camp Kerala are not eligible to enter.
- Entrants may enter as many times as they'd like.
- To enter the draw, purchase 1 entry via Crowdfunder and follow pelorusx, pelorusfoundation and campkerala in addition to liking a post about the draw.
- The Prize draw runs from 12:00 (GMT+1) Sunday 16 June until 12:00 (GMT+1) Sunday 23 June.
- Only 1 prize winner will be selected.
- The winner will be selected using a third-party random name generator, they will be contacted before 14:00 and given 2 hours’ notice to confirm their prize. If they do not respond within 2 hours, another winner will be selected using the same third party independent name selector. This process will continue until a winner has been contacted and the prize has been accepted,
- The prize winner will win 1x tent and 2x VIP ticket package for Glastonbury 2024, delivered by Camp Kerala.
- The prize value is £30,000 and cannot be redeemed for any cash prize.
- The organiser reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the ticket draw at any time (and for any reason), without notice.
- The organiser shall not be responsible for damages, losses or liabilities of any kind, including without limitation, direct, indirect or consequential loss or damages arising out of or in relation to the draw. The liability of the promoter shall be limited to the maximum amount permitted by law.
- The draw will be governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
- All parties may also use your contact details to tell you about our work, how you can support us, and activities and events you might be interested in. What the parties send you and the channel we use will depend on how you have engaged with us in the past, and your communication preferences. Every time the parties communicate with you in this way, we will tell you how you can stop receiving marketing, or change how you hear from us, for example by providing you with a link in an email to unsubscribe, or by asking you on the phone.
