Help raise essential campaign funds to elect Deidre Brock to Westminster as our first ever SNP MP for Edinburgh North and Leith. It's time !
Please help us raise a minimum of £5,000 in essential campaign funds to help elect Deidre Brock to Westminster as the first ever SNP MP to represent Edinburgh North and Leith.
We can win here - and we need your help to raise campaign funds to do just that.
The SNP stands ready to hold the balance of power at Westminster after May's general election results are declared. The more seats we have down there, the more powers we’ll be able to demand for Scotland. If the SNP can win here in Edinburgh North and Leith, then it means we’ll be winning right across the length and breadth of the country. And as SNP deputy leader Stewart Hosie said recently, “SNP MPs don't go to Westminster to settle down, we go to settle up"
We won't win this seat without your help, thats the bottom line. We want to reach all 80,000+ voters behind the 50,000+ doors in this constituency, and for that we need your help. An election campaign is expensive and it’s up to all SNP members, party supporters, voters, friends and well-wishers – to raise the money required for a properly funded campaign to get Deidre elected.
- We need to pay for a campaign office where people can meet, collect leaflets for delivery, take away canvass sheets, tele canvass and contact voters, send targetted letters, do data entry, and organise all campaign activity 7 days a week.
- We need to pay for campaign materials - leaflets, posters, banners, badges and stickers.
- We need to pay for hall and event hire for public meetings and gatherings.
It quickly adds up to a lot of money to keep the campaign running all the way to a successful conclusion.
Remember, not a penny of this money goes to pay for activist or volunteer help – that time and effort is all given freely. When we hit the crowdfunding closing date, all money donated will be deposited into the SNP Edinburgh North and Leith constituency bank account for immediate use in the campaign.

If you’re kind enough to donate more than £50 to the campaign, your name and address will be checked against the electoral register to ensure that you are eligible to donate. Your name, but not your address, will be made available by the council on request after the election.
