We are fundraising to support an epic charity-adventure, where nine of the UK’s finest restaurant talent are travelling to Malawi to build a school from the ground up. It’s a chance for them to explore the true meaning of hospitality – and we are filming a documentary to capture their journey in full at a time when the industry needs it most.
So, to help us cover production costs, we’ve pulled in some favours from the team and created an epic foodie prize-draw like no other!
1st PRIZE – A VIP-MICHELIN STAR EXPERIENCE
Win a dining experience that you’ll never forget. A meal for two, at any one of our team’s restaurants, where you will be treated to an unforgettable meal including wine pairing and a glass of champagne when you arrive.
During your meal, you will also be given a kitchen tour, where you will get to meet the team and sneak a behind-the-scenes look at where the magic happens.
After your meal, we will send you a framed, signed menu of your experience as well as a goodie bag of foodie treats, hand selected by the team.

CHEF. Better, Because is a documentary about what hospitality really is, and why it matters.
Nine of the UK's finest restaurant talent - Michelin-starred chefs, a sommelier and a front-of-house leader - are leaving their kitchens behind and travelling to rural Malawi to join a local community in building a school from the ground up. Every moment will be captured on film.
The project is rooted in the story of Oli Wissenbach - a young man who wanted nothing more than to leave the world better, because. His family turned those words into a mission: 100 schools worldwide, through the Magic Future Foundation, working in partnership with buildOn, an NGO with over 33 years of experience building schools across the developing world. This film is the story of the next one.
We're crowdfunding to cover production costs - not a single penny touches the school-build fundraising pot. Every pound raised goes directly into telling this story and shining a light on the remarkable work of two organisations quietly changing the world.
Hospitality is one of the most misunderstood professions in existence. It isn't about food and drink - it's a philosophy of attention, care and human connection. At a time when the industry is losing 170,000 jobs and 63% of workers are planning to leave, this film asks the question nobody is asking loudly enough: why did people choose this work in the first place - and what will make them stay?

The prize draw is open to residents of the UK (aged 18+) until 23:59 GMT on Thursday 28th May 2026.
Top Prize and Runner-Up Prize winners will be drawn at random on Friday 29th May and contacted within one week of the draw date by telephone and/or email.
You may enter the prize draw as many times as you like. Paid entries are charged at different rates depending on the number of entries being purchased at the time (£10 for 1 entry, £20 for 3 entries, £50 for 10 entries, £100 for 25 entries).
