I’m raffling TWO spaces on my Renew & Thrive Retreat this September (each worth £1,059) – and tickets are just £20.
This is about giving back.
It’s for the woman who’s craved a retreat like this but couldn’t afford it.
For the one who gives so much, and is finally ready to receive.
For those who are ready to reconnect to themselves in a way they’ve never allowed before.

5% of all raffle proceeds will be donated to Ailsa’s Aim, a beautiful charity we’ve been proud to support through our cancer yoga classes. Their work with women going through cancer is close to my heart—bringing hope, dignity, and care in the moments it’s needed most.

You’ll rise with the sun, flow through daily yoga, breathe with cacao, meditate in nature, and rest under the stars.
Our Andalusian eco-home is set in peaceful hills — the perfect sanctuary to move, reconnect and recharge.
