Terms & Conditions

• By entering the prize draw you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you wish to enter the draw for free, please send your entry to Drusillas Zoo Park Ltd, Alfriston, East Sussex, BN26 5QS, UK. All entries have an equal chance of winning. 
• The winner will receive a complimentary Sloth Close Encounter for up to two participants, Flash adoption pack, and sloth plush toy.
• Drusillas Sloth Close Encounter Experience is not suitable for people aged under 5 years. Participants under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. 
• Each £5 donation will act as an entry into the prize draw, with savings when opting for multiple entry bundles. 100% of monies raised will be donated to The Sloth Conservation Foundation
• You may enter the prize draw as many times as you wish, but only one prize is available as advertised.
• The prize draw will close on 16th April 2024, and the winner will be randomly selected from all entrants.
• The winner will be notified by email (using details provided at entry) with details of how to book their experience.
• By entering the prize draw, you agree that your name (and no other personal details) will be publicly announced by Drusillas Park as the winner of the competition.
• Experience date is subject to availability. Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate preferred dates, we cannot guarantee the first choice of date will be available. 
• The welfare of the animals in our care is our top priority and our expert keepers reserve the right to make adjustments to the experience or postpone should they deem it necessary.
• Whilst we always strive to give participants the best experience, all of our close encounters are led by our animals who are given free choice to participate. Much like humans, on occasion our animals may not wish to participate or interact.
• The participant must have an up-to-date tetanus vaccination. If we are notified less than 30 days prior to your experience that you do not have an up-to-date tetanus vaccination, we reserve the right to cancel the booking
• Drusillas reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any booked experiences for reasons such as severe weather, staff shortages, and animal welfare reasons. We will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible but please be aware that cancellations may occur on the day of the experience for reasons beyond our control. Drusillas will not be responsible for any travel, accommodation, or any other costs if a date is cancelled.
• Please be aware of the full Health and Safety practices we require when participating in an experience at Drusillas. 
• The prize draw is open to all aged 18 years or over
