The Cause
Borders Additional Needs Group is a registered charity with OSCR, located in the Scottish Borders, dedicated to assisting families with a child or young person with additional support needs. Our approach focuses on the whole family and centers on the individual, allowing us to offer support to families with additional support needs. This is made possible through a specialized ASN Family Liaison Worker who provides weekly peer parent support and themed information workshops. Thanks to funding from the National Lottery, we run two youth programs specifically designed for young people with additional support needs aged 11-24. Our aim is to provide support and empowerment to help young individuals reach their full potential.
