Win a one-off Palm×Hobson Eclipse kayak raising funds for the Whitewater Paddler Memorial Trust.
The Prize
To celebrate 25 years of Palm rotomoulding, we’ve built something truly special: a unique Palm × Hobson Eclipse surf kayak, custom-moulded in a one-off anniversary colour scheme, featuring exclusive 25-year graphics, and fitted with Hobson’s Carbon Lite outfitting for a lighter, stiffer, sharper ride.
A one-of-a kind surf kayak – and it could be yours!
The Cause
Every contribution helps launch the Whitewater Paddler Memorial Trust (WPMT), a new community-led charitable organisation created in memory of paddlers we’ve lost – including British whitewater kayaker Bren Orton, whose passion and influence inspired the Trust's formation.
WPMT will support the paddling community through safety, education, experience-building and positive river culture.
All net proceeds from this draw will be donated to the Whitewater Paddler Memorial Trust as soon as it becomes operational.

This prize draw is open to UK & EU residents. Shipping is free to any registered Palm Equipment dealer in the UK or EU. Direct delivery to a home address may be arranged where possible. Draw closes at 23:59 on 4th January 2026.
About the Prize — A One-Off Palm × Hobson Custom Eclipse
This is a one-of-a-kind collaboration between Palm Equipment and Hobson kayaks.
The winner will receive:
- A custom-moulded Eclipse surf kayak
- One-off anniversary colour scheme, featuring exclusive 25-year graphics
- Fitted with Hobson Carbon light outfitting
- RRP £1,690 (£1,295 kayak, £395 outfitting)
There is no cash alternative, and this is the only kayak of its kind – it will never be produced again.
About the Whitewater Paddler Memorial Trust
The Whitewater Paddler Memorial Trust (WPMT) is being created in memory of paddlers we’ve lost, as a community-driven grant-maker supporting the future of whitewater paddling. It honours their legacy by helping others grow, learn and experience the sport they loved.
WPMT will support three areas:
Experience – opportunities and challenges on the water
Skills – developing knowledge and safety
Inspiration – fostering a connected, positive paddling community
