Aim
I'm running this prize draw to raise money for Air Ambulance Northern Ireland. The winner will get to come flying with James, aka Pilot NI!
The Prize
James (Pilot NI) himself will be taking someone up flying with over Northern Ireland! You'll get to fly with James in an actual plane, in the sky!
The prize is a 1 hour flight from Kernan Flying School, Tandragee, Northern Ireland, with James.
There are 2 runner up prizes to visit Kernan Flying School for a tour, meet and greet with Pilot NI and photo opportunities in an aircraft.
The Cause
The money raised from this prize draw will go towards Air Ambulance Northern Ireland (AANI). It costs over £2 million to run the service each year and it is tasked on average twice per year. It is run as a charity and raising money is vital for its continued operation. We never know when we will need the Air Ambulance and that is why we must raise money to support AANI.
Air Ambulance NI (the “Charity”), is a charity in Northern Ireland. They work in partnership with the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service (NIAS), to provide the Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) for the region.
All money from this prize draw goes directly to the costs of running the helicopter service. That might be fuel, a flight suit, specialist hangar equipment, a flight helmet or any one of a huge range of costs that they have to fund.
