Aim
I have been knitting the cardigan by hand since February (follow the Highlights on my insta). It follows the pattern exactly & is very cosy
I decided to make this cardigan back in February (https://www.instagram.com/p/CLAc4Eyn60u/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link) but when the shop WOOL in Bath kindly donated me a kit to do it, I decided to give the finished item away to raise funds for charity.
When I started, I had no idea that a) it would take me 300+ hours, b) Harry Styles would start filming in my home city and quite frankly interrupt a lot of my knitting time by moving the My Policeman set to the end of my road for the best part of a month c) so many people would be interested in the project.
At first I had planned to auction the cardigan off in order to make the largest amount of money for charity, but think that might have priced a lot of people out quite quickly. So I have decided to do a prize draw instead. Buy as many tickets as you like!
The prize includes a) the cardigan itself b) all the leftover wool, just in case you snag it on a door handle as it's absolutely massive c) the hand embroidered label that I have made. I still plan to get that signed and there *are* people trying to help me with that, but I can't make any promises about that one. But if you're an optimist I'll send you the cardigan if you win and send on the label later if I do get it signed.
