Support the Friends of William Howard School – Help Us Create a Sensory Room
We’ve recently launched Friends of William Howard School to support our fantastic local secondary school with much-needed fundraising. Working alongside staff and students, we're identifying key areas where your support can make a real difference to many students.
Our Current Fundraising Goals:
- Create a Sensory Room for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), to support emotional regulation, including safe surfaces and sensory equipment.
One of our biggest priorities is creating a safe, calming sensory space to support the Learning Provision department. For many SEN students, access to a tailored sensory environment is essential in helping them thrive in a mainstream setting, enhancing further our already supportive and inclusive offer at WHS.
But we need your help……….. We’re organising sponsored events and other fundraising activities — but we need your support to make our target possible. Every donation, no matter the size, brings us closer to our goal of providing a supportive, inclusive environment for every student.
