Why don't they leave?

December is the time when Simply Counselling usually launch their annual Christmas fundraising raffle. Unfortunately this year, because of covid restrictions and lockdowns, we have experienced a huge loss in the number of clients that we see face-to-face and so we are unable to hold the raffle.

This is a challenging festive period for most of us, with restrictions on who we can see and where we can see them. For many of our clients this could well be one of the hardest Christmases yet. We see many adults and children who have experienced trauma, and the effects of this has been exacerbated by the frightening and uncertain year that we have had, along with mounting financial hardship.

Your money will go towards providing free sessions for those clients who are unable to afford to pay for counselling at the moment.
