Aim
Help us continue our success winning Gold in at the RHS In Bloom 2023 competition and keep Whitchurch looking wonderful!
As many will know, Whitchurch in Bloom are celebrating having recently won a BDBC Pride in Place grant to fund a new polytunnel. This is great news; it will help us become far more sustainable as an organisation so that we can continue to keep Whitchurch looking bright, friendly and colourful.
We are now looking to raise £1200 to cover the cost of flowers, plants and compost for Spring/Summer 2024 (£600) and also 2x trolleys (£600) so that our volunteers can safely move heavy planters and hanging baskets from our new allotment site. Several of our volunteers are older, and this will help us greatly.
Cost breakdown
- £600 : to cover the cost of Spring/Summer 2024 flowers and compost
- £600 : to cover the cost of purchasing 2x workhorse trailers
