A novel and movement helping women and youth heal from trauma through storytelling, therapy, and support. Which gives voice to the unheard.

My name is Olivia Shiel, and I am a survivor of abuse, incarceration, and homelessness. I turned my pain into purpose by writing When Silence Screams, a novel and movement to help others heal. This project is led by me and my cousin, who stepped in to help bring this vision to life. Through my story and the House of LiV platform, this project offers books, therapy, mentorship, and reentry support to women and youth healing from trauma. Support helps launch the book and grow life-changing programs. Funds raised will go toward book production, podcast development, healing workshops, and expanding outreach to communities that need it most.
