Last night's win in Gorton and Denton showed what's possible. Hope can win over hate. But the hard work doesn't stop there.
In just a few weeks, voters will head to the polls in Wales. This is a historic election - the first fully proportional election in mainland UK. This is the most open Senedd election in history - and Greens could win seats right across Wales.
Across the country, people who’ve felt ignored are looking for something different. More seats are now in play. Our message is cutting through. Local teams are hearing it every day: people are ready for change.
But we only have just over two months left.
What we do now will decide whether that momentum turns into Green MSs — or fades away.
🌍 A National Breakthrough Within Reach
Green volunteers are knocking doors, delivering leaflets and speaking to voters in every part of Wales.
When people hear what we stand for - lower bills, warm homes you can afford, defending our NHS - they respond.
Polling suggests we could be in the balance of power in Wales - which could be the difference between a left wing government or Reform.
⚠️ The Risk Is Real
We're not the only party poised to make the most of this election. Reform are targeting seats across Wales - and if the polls are correct they could reap the rewards.
On the doorstep, we meet many people thinking about voting Reform. Most don’t share their divisive or offensive views. They’re just fed up. They want change. And Reform are simply the loudest anti-establishment voice in the room.
And you know what? When Labour have failed to fix the NHS, tackle the cost of living, or deliver the change people were promised, feeling fed up - even angry - is no surprise at all.
People deserve better than broken promises. They deserve real change.
If we aren’t visible and organised in these final weeks, that anger could be channelled in the wrong direction.
The choice is simple: a Senedd pulled to the right by anger and division — or one made stronger by strong Green voices who will stand up to vested interests and stop Wales being ripped off.
We cannot sit this moment out.
